How to fix a generator that goes off minutes after starting?

If you have a small generator that runs for a while and goes off itself, I will help you fix this problem. Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the problem.

1. Check the fuel and oil level to make sure there is enough gas in the tank.
2. Make sure the spark plug and the connection to the spark plug is okay.
3. Check fuel lines feeding the capi and remove the capi to and clean for possible blockage.

 If the above mentioned are all in order and the generator gives the same problem. The possible cause of this is presence of water and rusts/dust in the fuel. Typically the generator will give a bursting sound from time to time. Now you can zoom into replacing the gas in the tank with new ones as the availability of water and dust is the main cause of going off.
